Ginger Pisco Sour

Some friends of mine actually gave me the idea for this mix when they were out to eat and spotted something similar on the restaurant's menu.  Immediately, they thought of me and my boyfriend: he's been perfecting a home-brewed ginger beer recipe, and I've been nursing the two bottles of pisco I brought back from Chile for months.
Pisco is a grape liquor a bit smoother than tequila but similar in strength (a high-quality tequila would be a decent substitute in this, in fact).  This drink is 1 part pisco to 2 parts chilled home-made or Reed's ginger beer.  Add a squeeze of lime, take your drink outside and laze in the sun with all the gingery pisco goodness.
